一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的操作步驟
Ⅰ、 Operation procedure of tensile testing machine
1、如果想要完整的完成整個(gè)拉力試驗(yàn),那么我們需要對(duì)拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的操作過(guò)程“了如指掌”,我們首先仔細(xì)閱讀拉力機(jī)的使用說(shuō)明書。當(dāng)我們對(duì)拉力機(jī)了解之后就跟著技術(shù)人員一起進(jìn)行拉力試驗(yàn)。
1. If we want to complete the whole tension test, we need to know the operation process of the tensile testing machine, and we will first read the instruction manual of the pull machine carefully. When we learned about the pull machine, we followed the technicians to carry out the tension test.
2、*步先打開電腦上的軟件測(cè)控系統(tǒng),再打開試驗(yàn)機(jī)電源。根據(jù)欲進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)選擇相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)類型。

3、然后選擇適當(dāng)?shù)乃俣仁乖囼?yàn)機(jī)升降運(yùn)行一下,確定各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常。

4、依據(jù)要進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)的次數(shù),新建出相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)記錄條數(shù);并填入相應(yīng)的批號(hào)、編號(hào)、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境、試樣尺寸等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。

5、在拉力機(jī)夾具上夾緊要試驗(yàn)的材料。

6、根據(jù)試驗(yàn)所需要的試驗(yàn)力和變形的范圍,選擇合適的試驗(yàn)力和變形的檔位(量程)。

7、清零:將試驗(yàn)力、變形、位移清零。

8、準(zhǔn)備工作完畢之后,點(diǎn)擊開始按鈕進(jìn)行拉力試驗(yàn)。

二、操作拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的時(shí)候要注意的細(xì)節(jié)
1、實(shí)驗(yàn)前先檢查拉力機(jī)工作臺(tái)是否放置平穩(wěn)。
2、夾具必須將試驗(yàn)材料夾具,防止脫落。
3、傳感器的連接線路要定期的檢測(cè)和保養(yǎng)。
4、試驗(yàn)機(jī)的軸承部位要定期的加潤(rùn)滑油。
Ⅱ、Attention to detail when operating tension testing machine
1. Check the bench of the pull machine before the experiment is stable.
2. The fixture must be clamping the test material to prevent shedding.
3. The connection line of the sensor should be tested and maintained regularly.
4. The bearing part of the test machine should be lubricated regularly
三、要會(huì)對(duì)拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的故障進(jìn)行排查和解決
1、當(dāng)拉力機(jī)出現(xiàn)問題的時(shí)候我們要對(duì)它進(jìn)行故障分析,看看是哪里出現(xiàn)問題。
2、在出現(xiàn)問題的地方可以維修也可以更換新的零件設(shè)備。
3、如果實(shí)在找不出故障的原因,應(yīng)該立即咨詢生產(chǎn)廠家,讓技術(shù)人員幫我們解決。
Ⅲ、The failure of tensile testing machine should be checked and solved
1. When the tension machine is in trouble, we will analyze it and see where the problem occurs.
2. Can repair or replace the new parts equipment in the area where there are problems.
3. If there is no reason for the failure, we should call the manufacturer immediay and ask the technician to help us solve it.
